Prairie Pie is a sweet and savory pie company located in the Rountree neighborhood of Springfield, Missouri. Founded by baker Eleanor Taylor. Open Tuesday through Saturday 9AM-9PM and Sunday 9AM-3PM inside Tea Bar & Bites at 621 S. Pickwick Ave.

Eleanor began her baking career here in the Midwest in her grandmother’s kitchen, baking and decorating hundreds of Christmas cookies. Since the age of 16 she has been creating desserts for bakeries in Springfield and New York City.
