LOCATION: We are located in Downtown Springfield, MO at 307 S Jefferson Ave. We are open Wednesday-Saturday 11AM-9PM. We have dine-in available and we serve sweet pies, pot pies, and cookies as well as beer, wine, and cocktails. Our menu rotates monthly and is available to see HERE.

HOURS: We are open Tuesday through Saturday 11AM-9PM

HOW TO PRE-ORDER PIE: You can place an order for pie online by clicking our Pre-Order tab on this websites menu. Pick-ups are available at our location in downtown Springfield, MO - 307 S. Jefferson Avenue Springfield, MO 65806

PIE SHELF LIFE: As we do not use preservatives in our pies, all mini pies are stamped with a best buy date. Our large pies are made to order. The standard shelf life for our pies are 3 days. It is recommended that when you order your pies, you select a pick up date within one to two days before you plan on enjoying them or giving them out as gifts.

CARING FOR YOUR PIE: To get the most enjoyment from your pie, we recommend following the directions on each unique pie’s flavor profile information. It will state whether a pie should be kept at room temperature, or chilled.

Here is a guide for our most popular pies:

Caramel Apple: store in refrigerator or cool, dry area. To serve warm, heat oven to 350 degrees and bake pie for 15 minutes
Cinnamon Buttermilk | Chocolate Pecan | Pecan: store in a cool, dry area.
Honey Sea Salt: store in a cool, dry area. Salt before serving.

(A good rule of thumb is that if you order a pie with whipped cream or meringue those should be chilled.)

ALLERGENS: All pies contain milk, eggs, and wheat/gluten. The pecan pies contain nuts. We currently are not offering any gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or sugar-free pies.

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our pies being preservative free, and entirely made to order we do not offer refunds at any time of the year. We do not replace pies that have gone past their expiration date. Once a pie leaves the building or location we assume no responsibility for that pie; it is up to the client to ensure that their pie is eaten and cared for beyond our doors.
